It’s not a big restaurant and its menu was somewhat limited. On weekends it only offered chef’s tasting menu for $136. It included six courses, two desserts, and a biscuit from the kitchen. Everything was great. We had a small private room to ourselves. We agreed that the crispy pig ear salad was one of the best dishes. Ironically some friends of mine decided not to join us partially because of the pig ears! 🙃 The staff was great. We were very fond of Kai and Michael. It’s BYOB. It offered a good selection of teas and nonalcoholic drinks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Ram & Rooster: food, service and ambiance were outstanding! The food is a refined Chinese fusion, very creative and delicious - I never thought I'd enjoy pig’s ears or beef cheeks - both unique and very flavorful. Each dish was beautifully presented in different ceramic plates and bowls- very elegant and attractive. Our server, Jennifer, was terrific; she carefully explained each dish, changed the cutlery after each course, served water regularly, and asked if we needed anything else. She was polite, friendly and professional. We sat on the 2nd floor, which is very pleasant and nicely decorated. The restaurant is BYOB (offers teas and non-alcoholic drinks) and has parking on premise. I highly recommend Ram & Rooster for a special dining experience!

Ram & Rooster delivers a fantastic tasting menu experience from start to finish. The space is beautiful, with superb decor and a counter overlooking the open kitchen that makes the whole meal feel intimate and engaging all for a great price! Several dishes stood out, especially the scallop course, which was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The duck dish was another highlight—rich, tender, and beautifully balanced. It’s also BYOB, and they offer some excellent non-alcoholic drink options that pair nicely with the meal. Dessert was the perfect ending, with a bright lemon cake and a decadent chocolate dish that were both outstanding. Phenomenal service throughout the evening made the experience even better. Ram & Rooster is a must for anyone looking for a refined and memorable tasting menu.

Last Fri the family had a memorable dinner here. The first few dishes had a decidedly farm-to-table flavor vibe, subtle and natural. The last duck and beef savory dishes for me represented the best. The meshing of certain traditional Chinese flavors with classic French techniques and flavors were at once innovative, balanced and restrained. Very well done and probably worth the price. You decide. Oh, and the mocktails were very good.

This is an interesting fusion Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious, not in the typical style as one would find in a traditional fine Chinese restaurant. The presentation was French/Japanese/gastronomic, and ingredients were a hybrid of Chinese/Japanese/French. We tired the 8-course menu; and everything tested great! Service was also top-notch, friendly, attentive and helpful. I also liked the decor and atomsohere here; it felt modern simplicity with a touch of elegance. Good choice on the ligjting and other hareware throughout. Who ever designed it had great taste. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. I would definitely come back seasonally when menu changes.
